Due to exciting growth, Sculpted by Aimee are seeking an experienced and dynamic eCommerce Manager to join our team and drive the continued growth of our online sales channel.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ecommerce, with proven experience in managing and optimizing ecommerce platforms to maximize conversion rates and revenue. While beauty industry experience is preferred, it is not required. This role will play a critical role in shaping the online presence of Sculpted By Aimee and delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Accountabilities Include

Manage all aspects of the ecommerce platform for Ireland and UK, including but not limited to product listings, inventory management, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
Utilize Shopify or Shopify Plus to optimize the online shopping experience and drive sales growth.
Monitor key performance metrics, such as conversion rate, average order value, and customer acquisition cost, and implement strategies to improve performance.
Identify opportunities for website optimization and lead initiatives to enhance user experience and increase conversion rates.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align ecommerce strategies with overall business objectives.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ecommerce, and incorporate relevant insights into strategy development.
Manage third-party integrations such as our App and partnerships to enhance ecommerce capabilities and drive business results.
Develop and implement merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively and drive customer engagement.
Lead A/B testing and other experimentation efforts to optimize website performance and drive continuous improvement.

Experience Needed

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in ecommerce management, preferably in the retail or beauty industry.
Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Shopify Plus, including experience with backend management and customization.
Understanding of Klaviyo and how data can be utilised there
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making working with tools such as HotJar, Google Analytics and Elevar.
Demonstrated ability to optimize conversion rates and drive online sales growth through attention to detail in UX/UI
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams working with our external agencies for SEO and Development.
Technical aptitude and familiarity with web development concepts and tools.
Experience with third-party integrations and managing external partnerships.
Creative thinking and a keen eye for merchandising and visual presentation
Shopify POS experience would be an advantage
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to change quickly.
