We are looking for an experienced People Partner (HRBP) to partner with our Retail management, and Retail employees in our Flagships, counters and stores in Ireland and the UK. Our People team is growing as we look to scale and transform how we partner and liaise on the full employee life cycle from pre-hire, and recruiting; from onboarding, Talent development (L&D), to everyday management of HR matters. This is a new role for Sculpted by Aimee, to be a point of contact for Retail as well as being part of an exciting time for the People/HR team for Sculpted in general. This role reports to the People Director, and is an FTC (Fixed Term Contract) for one year with the opportunity to go to PERM at company discretion.

This is an HQ-based position in our Dundrum office, with a hybrid approach to working, and some travel.

Accountabilities Include

Own the Retail relationship and partnership with guidance from the People Director and Retail management in HQ.
Proactively lead on full life cycle employee matters, from owning and guiding on Recruitment plans, Onboarding plans, handling of ER matters and being the point of contact for the Retail management and flagship managers when needed on site.
Collaborate with the People team on operational excellence, in terms of streamlining processes, leverage and suggesting data analytics and how best to partner with our Retail colleagues.
Partner and drive L&D opportunities for the Retail managers and design a training plan for the year.
Build relationships with retail managers, employees, and visit flagships (Grafton, Kildare Village, Belfast, Carnaby) and our counters in a structured cadence.
Drive best practices in Talent attraction and recruitment, plus Onboarding, including DE&I. Be the point of contact on key retail roles, working with our People Administrator on best-in-class recruitment of People in Retail, including sourcing, competitive intelligence and competitor/industry mapping.
Collaborate with teams within Sculpted to drive a connect point between HR and Retail where we can leverage synergies and look for opportunities to improve as we scale.
Evaluate and adopt best-in-class tools that drive intelligence, automation, and efficiency for Retail.
Be the point of contact, while maintaining balance of training managers in Retail to drive ownership of managing teams, driving and maintaining growth in sales, KPIs and overall performance. Stakeholder management is key in this role.
Ensure alignment between business strategic goals and Retail goals.
Facilitate and streamline communication between flagships, counters and HQ management.
Assess, evaluate and drive compliance on retail policies and procedures across all locations.
Be a role model for Ways of Working for the People team and for Sculpted by Aimee.
Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing and reducing environmental impact.
Foster a diverse, inclusive and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally.
Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.

Experience Needed

3-5 years’ experience in HR/People Business Partnership in the Retail industry.
Experience business partnering in the retail sector, with a strong understanding of retail employment practices and legislation.
Proven experience in recruiting and onboarding.
Proven experience in employee relations, knowledge of local labour laws and compliance.
Excellent communication skills, coaching and influencing skills.
Proven experience in stakeholder management at all levels.
Beauty industry experience is not required but a significant plus.
Project management and working in an agile environment ideal but not a requirement.
Ability to travel to different locations as needed.
