Our product portfolio includes over 140 makeup, skincare, and body products, all proudly certified by Leaping Bunny and recognized with 40+ industry awards. Accountabilities Include
  • Long-term management of your assigned accounts for sustainable growth and build strong 
  • customer relationships. 
  • Monitor, progress and review business plans with team and Head of Wholesale activating 
  • contingency plans when needed  
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Provide weekly latest estimates on sales projections with confirmation of upsides and action plans to alleviate shortfalls  
  • Own the promotional planning cycles internally for your assigned Accounts, providing ideas & 
  • insight to deliver sales & market share growth 
  • Analyze retailer executions and optimize future plans based on these learnings. 
  • Manage all comms with assigned retailers to ensure all stakeholders are up to speed on latest  brand plans and activities. 
  • Work alongside Trade Marketing to ensure best in class in-store executions and keeping abreast of in-store developments to share with the team.
  • Work with the Consumer Marketing team to secure the highest level of marketing support for and from our key retailers. 
  • Work closely with other departments (Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, Trade Marketing and Digital)
  • Build, maintain and execute joint business plans for all of your accounts
  • Support sustainable business practices by minimizing waste, promoting responsible sourcing, and reducing environmental impact.
  • Foster a diverse, inclusive, and ethical workplace while contributing to our community initiatives both internally and externally. 
  • Uphold integrity, transparency, and accountability in all business practices.
Experience Needed
This Role Is for You If:  
  • You have a natural flair for sales and building relationships with retail buyers and stakeholders. 
  • You are commercially-minded and obsessive about achieving targets. 
  • You have the ability to analyze complex data and present solutions that deliver results. 
  • You take the Initiative to learn from previous executions, and be able to adapt and optimize future plans based on these learnings 
  • You work well under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Key Skills: 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skills 
  • Solid understanding of retail, ecommerce and marketing businesses 
  • Strong negotiation skills 
  • Excellent at developing Customer Relationships 
  • Strong commercial acumen 
  • Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands brand and customer (shopper) 
  • You are independent and self-directed but able to work within a team of creative and customer facing individuals 
  • Effectively navigate and collaborate cross functionally
 
Qualifications: 
  • 3years experience in Sales/ Key Account 
  • Management (preferably experience managing Boots)
  • Degree in Business or related field 
  • A sales background with a demonstrated history of sales performance
