Accountabilities Include
As our Senior Paid Media Manager, you will lead the charge on all paid digital activity across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven campaigns that scale growth, improve ROAS, and build brand equity across our expanding markets. This role combines analytical rigor, creative thinking, and leadership skills, as you’ll own our in-house media and collaborate closely with an external agency partner to deliver best-in-class campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership - Develop and implement the overall paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and key advertising channels to achieve ambitious growth targets.
- Represent the paid media team in both internal and external meeting and reports.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, learning, and performance.
- Drive our US expansion plans strategically to create brand awareness and ad recall.
- Be a role model in terms of ways of working, and professionalism at all times.
Campaign Management - Oversee planning, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across all platforms, ensuring maximum ROAS and alignment with brand goals.
- Drive A/B testing and data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
- Set and monitor CaC/CPA and LTV by customer segments to deliver profitable retention activity and establish KPIs for yourself and team to work against.
- Drive new initiatives and platforms fit for expansion.
Agency Collaboration - Act as the primary liaison with our external performance marketing agency, ensuring seamless communication, strategic alignment, and delivery of KPIs across all markets.
- Challenge and guide agency partners to ensure best practices and innovative approaches are applied.
Performance & Reporting - Own paid media budgets, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Creative & Brand Alignment - Work closely with the creative and social teams to ensure campaign assets are optimised for each platform while remaining on-brand.
- Keep on top of new trends and creative best-practices.
